Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Mateo Armendáriz De la Fuente, call-sign "Gekko", is VALORANT's twenty-second recruit and the owner of Dizzy, Mosh, Thrash, and Wingman, a crew of four peculiar creatures with the ability to transform between animalistic forms and a globule state. Previously property of K-SEC, these creatures now live with Gekko, often traveling with him wherever he goes within their small carrier that Gekko wears as a sash, from which they'll emerge and take form at a moment's notice to assist him.
