Valocity.dk is a web application that provides statistics tracking and analysis for Valorant players. We use the Riot Games API to fetch and display match data, player statistics, and performance metrics.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content on this service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Valocity.dk or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Valorant and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

This service uses the Riot Games API and is subject to Riot Games' Terms of Service and Developer API Terms. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• We comply with Riot Games' API usage guidelines
• Data obtained from Riot Games API is used solely for providing statistics and analysis
• We do not claim ownership of any Riot Games intellectual property
• This service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games

Valocity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the statistics provided.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Account Deletion and Match Data: When you delete your account:

• You will be removed from all public features (leaderboards, friends lists, squads)
• Your personal information (email, profile customizations, authentication data) will be permanently deleted
• Your game name and tagline will remain visible in match results so that site users can identify who they played with, even if other players in the match have deleted their accounts
• Detailed gameplay data (round-by-round statistics, location events, weapon statistics) will be permanently deleted
• Aggregate match statistics will be preserved for historical and statistical purposes

Account Restoration: If you delete your account and later sign up again with the same Riot ID, your account will be automatically restored and your historical match data will be re-linked. This ensures you don't lose your match history if you decide to return to the service.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
